Your use of services offered by www.passionsnap.com. Services in this document is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and www.passionsnap.com. This page explains how the agreement is made up.

In order to use the services, you must first agree to the terms. You may not use the services if you do not accept the terms of use. You can accept the terms by clicking to accept or agree to the terms, where this option is made available to you by www.passionsnap.com in the user interface.

www.passionsnap.com is constantly evolving in order to provide the best possible experience and information for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services which www.passionsnap.com provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

www.passionsnap.com photo contest is globally open to all including photographers at least 13 years old or more. That means anyone who register with www.passionsnap.com to enter can participate.

Each user must have facebook profile, valid email id, valid mobile number and valid bank account.

Whatsapp, G+ and any other social media profiles are optional.

There is an entry fee for 1year premium membership (renewable). That means each individual user must have to pay said entry fee for each individual user account for every 1year. Visit our home page to know how many amount of entry fee (any special offer or not) you have to pay.

Each user may upload up to 5 images per day.

All users have to upload there images on gallery page of www.passionsnap.com between 08:00 AM to 11:30 PM and image sharing time between 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM everyday. You may not share your own image which you uploaded.

Allow third-parties to share the images on the following social media platforms as facebook, whatsapp, G+ etc. Allow www.passionsnap.com to exhibit and sale images as per conditions.

There are no restrictions to photographic equipment used to shoot photos to be entered. Any photographic device as Smart phone or DSLR may be used.

You may select any image directly from your computer desktop, laptop, Palmtop, Tab, Smart phone or upload for consideration in the contest.

In any parts of image with visible signatures from the photographer, watermark, name, title, date or any special character will not be accepted. We do not accept images with offensive content.

Images that contain sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent or other objectionable content are not eligible for this contest .and it wii be remove by authority..

You will be responsible for any claim made by any third party in respect of any images you upload.

www.passionsnap.com reserves the rights to disqualify any entry that does not comply with any of the above, even after the entry is submitted on this competition website.

You may enter or visit www.passionsnap.com an unlimited number of times using your login id or password, but you may not use an agency or automated system to enter. www.passionsnap.com and our sponsors reserve the right to reject any entries which is not comply with our Official Rules.

We will provide three types of wallet to our each individual user. Such as (A). Sharing income wallet (B).Sponsor income wallet and (C). Business income wallet.

We will arrange two types of photo competitions. Such as (A).Daily photo competition. (B). Monthly photo competition.

Our automated system will declare (based on top sharing by others user) the winners of (A).Daily photo competition rank as 1st, 2nd, 3rd up to 10th daily at12:01 AM on our home page. For Indians: Prize money will be send as Mobile Phone TopUp to user’s registered Mobile Phone Number within next 48 hours. For foreigner: the same amount convert to US$ and will be send to there user wallet.

Our automated system will declare (based on top sharing by others user) the winners of (B).Monthly photo competition rank as 1st, 2nd, 3rd up to 10th on last day of the each month on our home page. For Indians: Prize money will be send as Mobile Phone TopUp to user’s registered Mobile Phone Number within next 48 hours. For foreigner: the same amount convert to US$ and will be send to there user wallet.

But sometimes we pay some money to all of our users for our website promotional purpose or sometimes for our sponsor’s ad promotional purpose.

In that case each individual user may share limited number of images which are uploaded by others user like you. We will pay same rate for each valid sharing by you. And the owners of images which are shared by others member they also get paid some percentage of each sharing budget. There is no limit how many times your each image to be share by other users. It depends on your image quality, subject and your luck. See the details on our home page. You may not share your own images which you upload.

Each individual user may share unlimited number of available Sponsor’s ads with their link. We will pay the frequent rate for each valid sharing by you. It completely depends on the sponsor’s budget for each sharing.

We arrange photo exhibition many times in so many reputed art gallery in major cities in India and abroad where we will exhibit monthly photo contest winner’s photos available for sale and 50% of sold amount will be transferred to Business income wallet.

We arrange street shows in major cities many times to display for sale the monthly contest winner’s photos and 50% of sold amount will be transferred to the photo owners Business income wallet.

We open our own gallery page containing daily or monthly photo contest winner’s photos available to all for premium download and the 50% of the each download amount will be transferred to photo winners Business income wallet.

We published album monthly and yearly containing with daily and monthly photo contest winner’s photos in print format to sell and the 50% of total sale amount will be transfer to Business income wallet of each contest winner.

You will also get direct sponsor income which will be added to your Sponsor income Wallet. That means you will get paid for each premium member who join this photo contest with your code number. See details on our home page.
